Enjoy Gujo and Hida specialties while overlooking the garden

In the new building, you can relax and enjoy your meal while overlooking a Japanese garden.
Dishes such as Hida beef, Hoba Miso, amago (Japanese trout), iwanna (char), and in winter, Shishi Nabe (wild boar hot pot) are available.
The famous Keichan (chicken) is made using traditional miso passed down through generations, grilled and then served with a special sauce.
Frozen Keichan products are also available for sale. Banquets of various sizes can also be arranged.
