Back in the 1950s, many local men would finish work and head straight to Futamura’s, which operated as both a guesthouse and eatery, to enjoy Keichan and sake—a daily tradition that made the shop incredibly popular.
Though they closed once to focus on their main construction business, the nostalgic flavor made a comeback in 2007, nearly 20 years later, thanks to passionate local support.
Former regulars were thrilled, and even first-timers are falling in love with the unforgettable taste, steadily growing the fan base.
