Ogawa Waterfall: A Waterfall of Legend on the Yumikake River

Ogawa Waterfall, found on the clear Yumikake River, has a mystical quality.
Near the top, a large rock formation resembles the profile of the deity Kannon sipping water. Meiho village lore tells of the "Master of the Great Falls," a guardian spirit (nushi) long believed to inhabit the deep pool at the base of this mystical waterfall.
